Hexio is committed to ensuring products are delivered accurately and in proper condition. Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase for eligible items. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Products that show signs of use or damage—including, but not limited to, hair contamination, smoke odor, or physical damage—are not eligible for return or refund. All returns are subject to inspection prior to approval.
If a product is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship within six (6) months of the original purchase date, please email clear photos of the product along with the associated order number to shipping@hexiopro.com for review. Including the order number in the subject line will help expedite the process.
If approved, a return shipping label will be issued via email. Returned items must include the original packing slip and be sent back in original or resale-ready packaging. Approved refunds or exchanges are typically processed within 48 business hours of receipt at our fulfillment facility.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or to damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, operation outside of intended use, improper storage, unauthorized repair, or modification. No additional warranties—express or implied—are provided beyond those stated here.
